Nue quick 5

Tell us a little about yourself and what got you started painting ?

I started to love Street art and Graffiti after I moved to Bristol to study (way back in 1996). The Walls of Fire event happened in 97 I think and that totally inspired me.
I was too scared to actually pick up a can though until Cheba and Loch Ness got me out painting around 2010ish.

Best place you have painted

I’ve been lucky enough to paint in quite a few places over the years. All over England, Paris, Street Art City in France, Berlin, Sweden, and even New York.
My favourite though, was painting my home town of Doncaster. It was nice to be adding more culture to the town and hopefully inspiring the next generation.

Any big plans for this year ?

Stay Covid free!… and paint and create as much as possible. There still may be a trip to Paris later in the year, to work and paint. We will see.

Tell us your funniest moments when out painting?

Ha. There have been so many great moments out painting, but the simplest are always the best. Probably every time I stand on a can that I have let fall over and I fly over on my bum.

Or every time some asks if I’m Banksy, and I just tell them that the person I’m working with is actually Banksy… but don’t tell anyone. Ha ha. Always makes me chuckle.

Anyone who you would like to collaborate with?

I love collabing with other artists. Looking forward to some paint jams and hanging out with a good bunch.
I am always looking forward to a paint with other artists and Crom and I were planning one before Covid kicked in. I can’t wait to do that. Our styles will work awesome together.
