Tell us a little about yourself and what got you started painting ?

My name is Skatin Chinchilla, I am from Brighton originally, now moved back. I spent 8 years living in Amsterdam where I started to push the name Skatin. I started by using using different mediums to get up and get seen. I now paint all over the Europe with MSC and PSK.

Best place you have painted?

The best place I have painted has to be Basel, Switzerland. It is the best place to be and to paint. Amazing trackside spots, amazing people, amazing food, just an incredible place. The level of graffiti is super high – so many good writers painting the whole city.

Any big plans for this year ?

Currently on a European tour, painting in Switzerland, France, Amsterdam and Germany. I’m booked up for paint jams throughout the summer in the UK and Europe. I will also be making my first appearance in America, travelling to Greensboro and hopefully Miami.

Tell us your funniest moments when out painting ?

Getting naked and painting freight trains in Switzerland with Brother Bust.
