Firstly thank you for joining us at newurbanera.org
Can you tell us a bit more about yourself and how you became a urban artist?
Since childhood, art attracted me, always liked to get drawing. My favorite play was drawing. The first time I remember that I began to feel quite like drawing with was when I won a book with pictures of animals and started to copy the animals. I was about 6, 7 years. And then, all involving painting, drawing, I was interested and wanted to know more.
Then I grew up and continued to be interested in art and I was following my own path. And even today, not much has changed, hahaha.
Your works are unique.what inspired you to paint a fusion of abstract and traditional art?
Thank you. Are two passions: realism and the abstract Rayonnist. What I did was join these two segments with personal traits and themes that I identify to, well, get something different from what people are used to seeing.
The idea is to show defragmentation, that not everything has to be beautiful. Everything will one day end. I use animals because I believe that they are refugees in our world. We are building them and taking the spaces they were accustomed to live.

I also work with faces, which I also call “Double Face” – has much to do with human beings and their feelings and personalities. Work on the question: “Why do we believe that beauty should be right? Why we were taught to be afraid of something they labeled “monstrous” or simply “evil”? Not everything you see is. I can I have a beautiful apple in my hand and, on the inside, she’s rotten and have maggots.
We judge behind the walls.
Do you have a favourite piece to date?
Yes, all!
They are like children to me. It is difficult to give attention to only the eldest or only the newest.

Your art takes you on many travels. Do you have a favourite destination and is there anywhere you would like to paint?
Yes. The place I always wanted to paint, but it has not happened yet, is in Riga. Also I want to paint in Pripyat – Ukraine, Chernobyl. I believe it is a special place even though it was a historic disaster. I like to paint in places like this for art filter energy.

Do you have any projects in the pipeline you would like to share with us?
Yes, I’ll be in Europe in the next two months. I have an exhibition in Portugal in late April, an exhibition in Dortmund and possibly a solo exhibition in Dubai soon.
As for personal projects, I’ll paint the maximum possible places in the streets.
Any advice for readers thinking about getting into the urban art scene?
When you give crayons and a sheet to a child, she draws without thinking of getting something from it. Only expressed and enters another dimension. Reflect.
