Tap into your creative voice by writing mindfully.
Whether you are a writer or not, you are welcome to join.
Includes meditation, writing prompts, visualisation & supported writing time.
There’s no pressure to share your work unless you wish to.

Session Content
Meditation helps to deepen your writing, and writing prompts encourage writing.
Feel free to express yourself in any form—a story, a blog post, a poem, or a to-do list.

Potential Outcomes for Mindful Writing
A mindful approach to writing can foster personal growth, boost confidence, dispel self-doubt, reduce stress, and help overcome writer’s block.
It’s about learning to trust your voice and enjoyment of the writing process.
Writing is not just a tool for expression but also a powerful means of healing. It can transform, and we’ll explore this aspect in our session.

About Anne
I have many years of experience in meditation and mindful practice.
I am a local Tamworth writer. I write poetry, short stories, non-fiction, fiction, journaling, and inquiry.
I also write about psychology, leadership, teams, and the way of the mind.
I am a Certified Coach and tutor of leadership and management learning, social and organisational psychology, and applied psychology.
