Free Wellbeing & Creative Workshops: Tamworth Locality Improvement Framework
Are you living with a chronic illness? Do you reside in Stonydelph, Glascote, or Belgrave?
New Urban Era invites you to take part in the Locality Improvement Framework project. This fully funded initiative explores how participating in creative arts and wellness activities can directly improve physical and mental health.
Everything listed below is 100% free for eligible residents. Because this is an active research study measuring the positive impact of arts on wellbeing, participants will be required to have simple, non-invasive blood pressure checks taken during the project to help gather vital health data.
