Tamworth urban arts and sports festival.

Students at Kettlebrook short stay school have been busy designing a new logo for Tamworths Urban arts and sports festival.
Event organiser New urban era worked with local artist Wingy to deliver a two day workshop at Kettlebrook school to design a new logo as part of this year’s event that has been made possible by Arts council England funding.

The logo will be used on the branding for Tamworth urban arts and sports festival held at the castle grounds on the 22nd June . Vistors will also have the opertunity to screen print their own T shirts at the event that will be based on the new logo design .

“ It’s been a great way to launch this year’s event and we are really happy with the final logo design and the advertising boards created by the students.”

“We are working hard behind the scenes with our partners
Community Together CIC finalising this year’s main event ”

“After our successful Arts Council England Bid we will be focusing on more community engagement leading to the event and bringing higher quality arts to the town”

“We feel this is the best way to move forward as an organisation and for the town rather than making the event bigger “

Nue will start work on a new Mural at Belgrave Lakes dance studio in the coming weeks.
